Her qualifications include a degree in Social Science, Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management, Masters Degree in Human Resource Management, Diplomas in Business Excellence, Performance Coaching (Business) and Life Coaching, and an Advanced Professional Diploma in Executive Coaching, accredited by Leeds Metropolitan University.
Margaret is a mentor within the Mentoring Escalator Programme funded by East Midlands Development Agency that aims to help SME’s grow and develop. She is a volunteer business mentor with the Princes Trust, and has taken part in an e-coaching research project with Manchester Business School that focuses on the development of female business owners.
